A native wine of the Marche region with a strong character, straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it takes its name from this visual characteristic. The nose is intense, persistent, fine, recalling in its aromatic bouquet the scent of broom, savory and fresh on the palate. It goes very well with traditional fish-based dishes, crudité appetizers, but also with seafood-based first courses.
