A curated artisanal selection of three traditional salami from Tenuta della Marca: Salame Contadino, Salame Lardellato, and Salame Morbido. All three products are handcrafted using premium-quality pork, seasoned with natural ingredients, and matured according to traditional methods. Salame Contadino offers a rustic, savory profile with a firm texture after at least 60 days of aging. Salame Lardellato includes 10% lardelli, giving it a richer, buttery character and a more intense aroma. Salame Morbido, thanks to its short maturation and higher fat content, remains soft, creamy, and uniquely melt-in-the-mouth. This trio is ideal for charcuterie boards, antipasti, and authentic Italian culinary experiences.
