Both products are handcrafted using high-quality pork, seasoned with simple natural ingredients, and matured according to traditional methods. Guanciale offers an intense aroma, rich flavor, and exceptional softness thanks to its natural fat content and a minimum 4‑month maturation. Lonzino, obtained from the upper loin, is lean, aromatic, and pleasantly firm, with a maturation of at least 4 months.
