Both cheeses are made exclusively from freshly milked raw cow’s milk and crafted in high‑altitude mountain pastures following ancient dairy traditions. The selection offers two iconic expressions of the Bergamo Alps: one more intense and long‑aged (Bitto DOP), and one aromatic and elegant (Formai de Mut).
